lake lovin'

This past weekend, Gigi was in town so Hadlea and I planned to do a lot of shopping (tax free weekend) and swimming. but the weather tried to discourage us!

or me... she wasn't discouraged in the least! ha!

Hadlea, Justin and I did a little shopping while it rained all day. We then decided to head to the lake where our boat is stored. The weather ended up clearing off in the evening so we decided to take a drive... can you find Hadlea?? Ha!

it was a perfect lake evening! it was so beautiful!

we ended with dinner on the water.

that night I got to crawl into bed with these two! melt my ever loving heart!

The next morning it was church with Gigi!

and we couldn't head to church without a picture with Katelyn ad Mola.

We thought it was going to rain more on Sunday, so we hadn't made plans except for our church picnic. When we got out of church, it was hot so we discussed heading back to the lake. It was totally last minute, but I am so glad we did!

and notice we can see her tubing in his pic. we got smart and put a life jacket underneath her!

oh the life of this 3 year old.. it was a rough Sunday! :-)

Such a fun weekend soaking up my baby girl and hubby!

But totally missed by baby boy!

Cannot wait until next summer when she joins us!!
