ringing in twenty twelve

Justin and I rang in the new year by going to dinner with friends and then going to the Hard Rock casino for the night! Gigi came to down to watch Had and stay at our house!

This is what the bottom half of the above picture looked like! Ha! She didn't want us to hold her to take a picture, she just wanted to hold my leg! I think she knew we were getting ready to leave! :-(

We had a SUPER fun night! We spend most of our time hopping from bar to bar inside the casino to visit friends. The night went so fast and before I knew it, it was 11:50 and Justin was texting me asking me where I was! We had to sprint across the casino to find our husbands just before the strike of midnight! Is that when you know you are officially old... when you go somewhere together, split up to find other friends, just to meet up at the end of the night! :-) We made so many fun memories with great stories to share! {just none that can be shared here. more of those 'you had to be there' moments! ha!}

I am so ready to see what 2012 has instore for us! I just feel so blessed by everything that happened in 2011. I cannot think of one single thing I would change about 2011... so here is to hoping that our blessings of 2011 continue into 2012!
