Happy 13 Months, Hadlea!

This sweet girl is 13 Months Old!

{I refuse to say it is NOT possible!}

Monthly Comparison: 10/11/12/13 Months

And if you do not see another monthly post for a few months, these are why! If she isn't crying, she is tearing up the paper! She is out of control! Ha!

What is Hadlea up to?!

• She is eating all table food. She is eating breakfast, lunch and dinner with 2-3 snack times. She has a bottle 2 times a day... when she wakes up in the morning and at bedtime. (I 'thought' we could cut out the bottles at anytime and go to sippy cups, but I spoke too soon! I had no idea how attached she was... we are trying!)
• She is eating anything she can pick up on her own. 
• She is eating with a fork and will eat twice as much as long as she has one!
• She is drinking water, milk, apple and grape juice and Gatorade.
• She is eating yogurt, cereal, crackers, string cheese and fruit for snacks.

• She is sleeping 10-12 hours at night!
• Her schedule: 4 ounces at 730AM, breakfast at 830AM at daycare, lunch at 11AM, nap at 1200PM, snack at 2PM, another snack at 5PM when we pick her up from daycare, dinner at 6PM, bathtime, bottle and bed at 730PM.
• She now has 11 teeth... ELEVEN!
• She is in size 4 diapers.
• She wears a size 3.5 shoe (and some 4s).
• She still takes a pacifier.

• She LOVES bath time and says 'ba' for bath.
• She is wearing 12 and some 18 month clothes.
• She cannot stand to have her diaper or clothes changed! It is a daily struggle!
• She still has major separation issues from momma and daddy.
• She gets to spend Tuesday and Thursday evenings with her daddy while momma goes to the gym.
• She LOVES Berkley. She tries to lay on him, takes his toys and they play tug of war.
• She is saying bubba, dadda, no-no, hi, momma, bobble(bottle), bobble(pacifier), bye-bye(when someone leaves or when she wants to go outside), uh-oh, doe-ggy(for doggy), buck(for a deer), baby, ba(bath), hello, shoes, f-shh(fish), horsey, twee(for three), go, again, more, please, thank you
• She is 'somewhat' learning to count! If I say, "ooone, twooo", she says, "twee". They have started numbers at daycare! 

• She knows her hair, eyes, feet, ears, nose, belly and tongue.
• She growls at her daddy everytime she sees him... we have no idea what that is about!
• She waves and says Hi to everyone she sees!
• She puts anything to her ear that resembles a phone and says, "hello"!
• She pats her chest when I say, "Where's momma baby?".
• She will 'try' to put on her shoes and/or socks when you ask her to put them on her feet.
• She is constantly taking her shoes and socks off! They are impossible to keep on!
• She LOVES shutting doors. She will crawl into any room and shut the door, even in the dark! Once we open, she says, 'boo' and smiles!
• She is always clapping! She obviously gets tons of praise at home! :)

• She makes a kissing sound with her lips when you say, "give me a kiss"!
• She is blowing kisses and hardly every gives mouth kisses anymore.
• She shakes her head and shakes her finger when you say, "no-no"!
• She tries to snap her fingers.
• She loves to brush her own hair and mine too!
• She is climbing on everything. (fireplace, chairs, into and out of boxes/baskets)
• She LOVES music!
• She has started to 'sing' to music! (She does it in the bath if I start singing!)
• She is a dancing machine. Music starts, and she starts bouncing!
• She LOVES other kids. She just wants to touch them!
• She is noisy! She is always making noises: laughing, squealing, grunting, etc! She loves attention and will do anything in public to get it!
• She started at a church daycare at the end of December... the drop-offs were rough but seem to be getting better by the day. She is always SUPER happy when we pick her up!
• She loves to be outside and has started crying at the door to go!
• She is in her crib in her own room.
• She loves to read books... especially looking at babies and animals.
• She loves babies... hugs and kisses them 100 times a day!
• She is loving carrying a purse... such a girl!
• She will hold up 1 finger when we ask her how old she is!

I am going to have to start doing a post every 3 months... instead of monthly! You are starting to become impossible to take pictures of! You are always on the move! I remember so many young babies that I have kept over the years that would sit and play with toys for hours! Not you... NOT a chance! You have to be doing something different atleast every 30 seconds! And this is even if I sit to play with you. I cannot even distract you with a toy long enough for you to sit still! You definitely get this from your daddy! He can barely sit and watch an entire show on tv without getting fidgety! Ha! But I know you are just so curious and love to check things out! So many times your daddy and I are wondering what you think about as you stroll into the kitchen or as you close the door behind you in the bedroom. Your mind is constantly going... we can definitely tell that! You are also VERY MUCH a toddler and less of a baby, which makes me happy and SUPER sad all at the same time! But, I am so excited to see the next stage of your life! You bring your daddy and I so much more joy than we ever thought possible! You are so beautiful and perfect that I could stare at you all day! We get comments all of the time on how beautiful you are... and my prayers are that you will always be just as beautiful on the inside! But I really do not have any doubts! I love you more than words can say sweet girl! Happy 13 Months!
