new canvas & peek-a-boo

Happy Friday! And I am actually getting to post because they delayed our work project to go-live next Friday...which isn't that great for me, but it is better for the project. So since Grammie is here means we will get some shopping in this weekend. So maybe it does work great for me! Ha! We have dinner tonight with Aunt and Uncle A, carpets are being cleaned tonight after Ms H goes to bed, and hopefully Saturday and Sunday will be shopping for me and for Hadlea's first birthday. I have almost all of my ideas in place, I just need to get some prices on some stuff! Her party is going to ROCK, and I cannot wait! :)

When I was pregnant with Hadlea, I always planned to get either a large picture or canvas made of her at newborn, 1, 3, 6, 9 and 12 months. I have two of her Mika Beth pictures hanging in my living room. You can see them here. I have no idea how I will ever change them out...or even if I will. They are my favorite to date! I ordered a canvas of her at 1 month that I took and a 3 month that was taken by Kate McCarty. And I got these in the mail today! Are these not the most perfect things, EVER!? I wanted pictures that were actually her at the exact time. I didn't want to choose a picture because of a layout or because it was professional. I just wanted it to be her!

These pictures are from the other night, but I had to share. Hadlea is into playing peek-a-boo, and it completely cracks us up! She is in the funniest stage to date, and yes, I know I always say that. It is just hard to believe she could get anymore fun, but I know she will. She is also in a stage of climbing! YIKES! Anything she can lift her leg and get up on, she will! She is just so funny!
