Hadlea's 4 month checkup and Grandkids

Our nanny's baby is still sick so Hadlea is still home with me. She was in such a good mood yesterday! Here she is catching up on her Sesame Street! Ha!

We also had her 4 month checkup. She was so happy waiting on the doctor and nurse! That definitely changed with the 3 shots she had to get! :( Justin couldn't go with me and he got to hear about that afterwards! I am NEVER taking her alone again! It is just too sad! 

Here were her stats:

Length: 25" - 75%

Weight: 12 lbs 10.5 oz - 26%

Head: 40.25 cm - 29%

After the doctor Hadlea was asleep so I made a Wal-Mart run. Justin made it home and we went to Nana and Rusty's to see some family in from New Mexico. All 4 grandkids were there too so we took a picture down the stairs.

I was planning to leave this afternoon to go to Oklahoma City to visit Jennifer, but Hadlea is now running a fever. I am assuming from the shots, but I don't want to take a chance. Justin was going to come home early to watch her, but now he is working late. I was going to take her, but with a fever, and Cody's condition, it definitely isn't safe. I just wish I could be with Jennifer every step of the way. I hate to see her and her family in pain. It just breaks my heart. But I know staying home is the best thing. Please continue to pray! I cannot wait for the day I can post about Cody being recovered and headed home! I know the day will come. We serve an awesome God, and only He can make miracles happen! We are seeing them every day with Cody!
