BUT...the momma in me LOVES bowes and I could not even begin to think I would hang a picture of my baby girl in my house without a bow...so here you go...in all of my photoshopping magic! :)
However, this is the picture I ended up ordering for my 20x16 canvas. I LOVE this picture. Her eyes are amazing and remind me so much of her daddys...plus her lips...I could just eat up this sweet face!
I ordered the canvas at Canvas People. You can get a FREE 8x10 canvas or a few other sizes at a discounted price. The 16x20 canvas is $33.00, I believe. SO MUCH cheaper than Shutterfly, which is where I ordered my first one. If you end up ordering, please let me know! It is such a great deal!
So on to this weekend....Grammie has been here since Thursday keeping Hadlea since our babysitter was unavailable. She stayed all weekend and even kept Hadlea today. So Saturday, we got up and headed out to shop. Aunt Amanda even joined in for shopping. We found out there was a Gap Outlet about an hour away so we wanted to go check it out! We got some GREAT finds! They didn't have a huge baby selection, but we did get some very cute dresses! We also found some cute outfits at Sam's Club and Pennys. All together she got 13 outfits!
After shopping and dropping off Aunt A at home, we ran by Hobby Lobby. I have been looking for the perfect frames for Hadlea's newborn pictures. I know she has so many other pictures, but these two are still two of my VERY favorite. I found the frames at HL and they put them together for us. I had no idea nice frames were SO expensive, but these pictures are priceless and I wanted something nice to put them in! But they are also HUGE! The frames are 26x22! The first one is now in my entry way and the smiley pic is now in my living room. I think they turned out great. These pics were taken with my iPhone so not great quality! Sorry!
I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend! We will miss Grammie being around since she cooks and does laundry! Ha! Oh..and Justin had his first fishing tourn. They caught two fish for 4+ lbs but not enough for the money...maybe next month! (crossing fingers! :)
